Martial Arts: We offer kids and teens a wide range of Martial arts such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo, and Karate.Our classes are non-contact and are suited for all skill levels. Kids are divided into appropriate age groups based on age,size, and skill level.
Fitness Warrior: functional training class designed for kids with the use of bodyweight only. It can help them build stamina, strength, and aid weight loss. Even if the kids are doing other sports such as Martial arts, football, or gymnastics, the “Fitness Warrior” can be an excellent choice as a second sport as it prepares for the body athletically which can be the foundation to build on for other sports.
